Beginner Yoga Session with Adriene (Part 2, Perfect for Restarting Your Practice)

If you're returning to daily yoga practice after taking a break, and you yoga sessions that are suitable for beginners in order to be prepared to restart your journey then this post is for you.

I'm also not ready for more advanced classes but before discussing today's yoga class, I want to talk about the internet/social media.

I think social media has many benefits including raising awareness and connecting with people around the world. But when it comes to speaking your mind, then it could be a dangerous decision to make.

Not everyone or everything idolized on social media deserves it and many people online think that it's okay to attack someone if they don't agree with them.

If you don't follow what's trending and also like it, you become a target for online bullying. Let's say for example, if you don't like a popular show, then get ready for being exposed to incredible amounts of hate just for expressing your opinion.

If you expressed that you're excited about something that isn't "popular", either movies or music or sports or even food, then you get mocked.

It's sad to see after what the world went through, that many people still can't accept the simplest forms of freedom.

Anyway… Back to yoga!

Today's yoga session is titled "30 Minute Yoga For Beginners | Yoga With Adriene", it's the perfect session to reduce stress and increase flexibility.

  • It’s gentle, grounding, and designed to reduce stress while improving flexibility.

  • The poses are beginner-friendly, and you can repeat this session for a few days to really feel the benefits.

  • Adriene’s calm guidance makes it easier to stay present without overthinking.

How to start yoga?

  • Pick short, beginner-friendly sessions like this one.

  • Forget the stereotypes, you don’t need to be super flexible to begin.

  • Yoga is for every body and every fitness level.

How to choose the best yoga routine for me?

  • Listen to your body and notice how different poses feel.

  • Choose practices that fit your energy and lifestyle.

  • The most important thing: show up daily, even if it’s just for a few minutes.

Yoga is less about perfect poses and more about consistency, self-awareness, and finding peace in movement.

If this post motivates you to start or return to your yoga journey, share it online and inspire someone else to unroll their mat too.
